CREALIS quality approach

A daily sustainable commitment

The Management policies

In accordance with the policy defined by the group, CREALIS is part of a continuous improvement process, adapted to its structure and means. Our commitment: "Fully satisfy our customers' expectations and needs through the implementation and provision of products and services without risk for humans and preserving the environment at the best cost".
This commitment is realized according to three guidelines:

 Listen and Satisfy
Understand our customers' needs by constantly striving and developing the customer focus with the business companies of the Group. Formalize these requirements in contract reviews and/or by developing precise specifications. Answer efficiently within the agreed time limit thanks to technical expertise and developing innovation.

 Caution and Ensure
Improve the security of our staff and our facilities by carrying out detailed risk analysis and benefiting from experience to implement appropriate measures. Adapt our management in order to ensure control and safety in our activities. Strengthen security in handling our products by providing trainings and assistance to customers.

 Control and Limit
Develop our work for environment protection by reducing waste and optimising their management, in particular the traceability, and focusing on recovering them.

"To reach these goals, it is essential that all CREALIS employees get involved. I undertake to give the necessary resources and to ensure the adequacy of our organisation in order to enable the identification of effective improvement techniques."

President of CREALIS
